Mighty Canadian Minebuster

The Mighty Canadian Minebuster was originally intended to be the centrepiece of the never-built Frontier Canada section of the park. Like the Wild Beast, The Minebuster was based on a famous coaster from Coney Island, Cincinnati, OH: The Shooting Star. Like other out-and-back wooden coasters, it possesses plenty of airtime. Since the construction of Splash Works in 1992, the added feature of head choppers have been a crowd favourite. The helix through the darkened tunnel put the finishing touch on a thoroughly rounded roller coaster.
