Today was Media Day for the working media. CWMania was invited to the event and we have lots to show you. Coasterboy, Sleen and myself attended the event with the intention of getting every kind of coverage we possibly could. I think that we were able to accomplish that.

First of all, Behemoth was amazing! The ride does not fail to impress in our collective opinions. It will by far be the best ride at Canada's Wonderland for years to come. It delivers a smooth, quick climb up the lift hill and follows that with a fantastic drop. You will get airtime on the ride regardless of where you sit. The helix is quick and tight so you really get some good G-Forces there and the photo location is between the helix down and the helix up in the straight section. We found that we preferred the outside seats in either the front or back of the train although we'd recommend trying out all of the seats.

Here are literally hundreds of new photos of Behemoth for you to enjoy.

See what media day was like and check out the new midway in 360degrees!

Listen to Coasterboy's interview with Dineen!

We also got a chance to do a sneak preview of other changes / status around the park. Here is the list:
- Front Gate Photo has moved into the Guest Services building on the opposite side of the main entrance
- Guest Services has been renovated in order to accommodate Front Gate Photo
- Many new coats of paint all around the park, particularly on International Street
- The Bat is still being re-painted: it appears as if the supports will now be orange
- Paramount has been erased from all signage, rides and buildings throughout the park
- The Paramount Story is now just a pathway with the former stars being a square of plain concrete
- Orbiter's queue line is now off of the Action Zone midway near Behemoth
- Backlot Stunt Coaster's queue is now off of the Action Zone midway near Behemoth
- Italian Job has been renamed to Backlot Stunt Coaster and the signage has been replaced
- Top Gun has been renamed to Flight Deck and the signage has been replaced
- Tomb Raider has been renamed to Time Warp and the signage has been replaced
- Cliffhanger has been renamed to Riptide and the signage has been replaced
- Drop Zone has been renamed to Drop Tower and the signage has been replaced
- New signs direct guests toward the front gate from the employee parking lot / transit drop off
- Sledgehammer is currently disassembled and obviously non-operational
