I think there will be more to this tunnel then what we are seeing thus far...I highly doubt that after all the effort they put into Leviathans sign/fountain and refacing the arcade that they are just going to cheap out on the tunnel. Have to expect some sort of "bells and whistles" aka mist and/or lights.

Thanks for sharing those pictures thesoccer

When I saw the tunnel I though it was tinfoil. Why does cedar fair give hardly any effort when it comes to theming.

^You're kidding right? Have you seen the rest of Leviathan? The trains, the station, the entry plaza... They JUST put up this tunnel! Give them some time to finish landscaping. There's still a lot of landscaping they still need to do around the entire ride.

Cedar Fair's FaceBook page says the tunnel is only 60% done. They also called it Leviathans lair... I wonder.
Haunt is here!

Painted blue and it'll look like the tunnels from no limits!

I think they r gonna add something special to it, they wouldn't give a generic tunnel a name

I'm sure they have something really awesome planned for the tunnel (murky blue lights & mist to give an underwater effect?)- after spending so much on the ride itself, it wouldn't make sense for them to cheap out on the tunnel, would it? I'm just glad I got in a bunch of rides at the auction so that I can compare the "before/after experience"!

What would be awesome is if they piled rocks/boulders around and on the tunnel, have a fountain with water drizzling onto the rocks and have a leviathan looking down onto the train just as it enters the tunnel. Just my thoughts.

I wouldn't be too worried with the looks of the tunnel so far. Think of it this way- even the most elaborate tunnels in the world, have to start with some sort of basic structure.

what's bugging me is the picture they posted when they announced the Tunnel. the pic of the leviathan just peering out the water. This means this is likely possible...

So I was browsing from my balcony the other day and noticed way off in the distance Leviathan. I live at Spadina & Bremner and based on a quick calculation that's approximately 30km + away. Sorry for the crummy resolution photo.
