I was at Darien Lake this week and my family booked a cabana for the day at their water-park. We noticed our cabana had only 4 chairs so my dad decides to request for 2 more. Their Revenue Manager comes to our cabana telling us their were no more chairs available and instead gave us free passes to their slingshot ride (That ride was fun!). Since then I have been wondering what a revenue manager does in an amusement park. Anyone here know?
