what if they do it like disney, where your admission ticket is the fastpass, so that it just saves your spot inline, and only for one ride at a time, id be totally ok with it.

heck seeing the rides it was on at kings island, ive already decided that next year when we go we will be getting them, its the 10 biggest rides in the park, unlimited access, basically walk on, i scoped out where the lines cut in, its sweet. it allows you to do everything in the park in one day, or do the big rides one day, and the not so big rides that dont have lines on another day.

That's awesome! That would make a visit during July and August a possibility or at least a bit more palatable ;)

So it appears we will have Fast Pass, or "Fast Lane" as it will be known. They can be bought in limited numbers at the park or in advance online. Information can be found under the "Make The Most Of Your Visit" tab on this page,

I don't know if anyone's noticed this, but if you look at each ride it now tells you if Fast Lane is available!
Of the 15 rides that will offer it, some examples are:
Behemoth http://www.canadaswonderland.com/rides/ ... s/Behemoth
Nightmares http://www.canadaswonderland.com/rides/ ... ight-Mares
Vortex http://www.canadaswonderland.com/rides/ ... des/Vortex
Windseeker http://www.canadaswonderland.com/rides/ ... WindSeeker
And suprisingly Klockwerks http://www.canadaswonderland.com/rides/ ... Klockwerks :?

It's about time Wonderland got a system like this...As we all know, the line-ups during the summer months are insane sometimes and I am sure a lot of people who are visiting the park just once during the season will look into this to make their one visit more enjoyable.

As for me....Going to the park during weekdays in May/early June before the schools let out for the summer is the best way to go. I still fondly remember the first year for Behemoth where the longest I waited was 20 minutes and a lot of the time it was a station wait. My friend and I are hoping for the same this year for Leviathan

- Stunt Coaster
- Behemoth
- Drop Zone
- Flight Deck
- Minebuster
- Night Mares
- Psyclone
- Shockwave
- The Bat
- Vortex
- Wild Beast
- Windseeker
- Klockwerks (lol)
And well, I missed one of them.

I wonder how they'll do Minebuster, the Bat, The Beast, Vortex... any of the older rides with a pretty permanent entry line. I guess exit entry?

Edit to add: also this is going to be a giant pain for the ops - especially because they have to enforce the "behind the yellow line" policy.

For those rides I would assume its just an exit entrance. For Behemoth,Levi,FlightDeck, and the newer rides they will probably add a second line which will lead to the station. I think this is a great idea. Now at the entrance to every station with the Fast Lane there will be an employee regulating regular and Fast Lane queues. This will make stations not 100% full and keep the line moving (similar to Behemoths current setup)

Wow, $30 bucks is a great deal if you can get a group together! This price-point definitely grabs my attention. I wouldn't mind making a trip or two with a group of friends during the busy summer months now.

I think fastlane is the exact same thing as quick queue.

i have a family of 4, but why for the extra 10 bucks, ill get 5, and just grab soembody by the door and bring them in with me and give them a wrist band.

Heck anybody that lives in the area and can keep me updated with some info on the lower attendence days as observed from the parking lot, would more then qualify for a free fastpass band
