Looks like Wonderland took down the the enitre site. You don't even see the login page...you just get a error message (its been like this for the past 3 days).

I spotted a few dinosaurs at the park today. They are in the maintenance area. (Thats that really big building on the north end of the park).

You can see them behind the stores building while riding Wild Beast. It looks like a couple Raptors have been unpacked.

Yep, just got the e-mail announcing it.

Next season, visitors to Canada’s Wonderland will be transported back in time to periods between 245 million and 65 million years ago in one of the world’s largest animatronic dinosaur parks; Dinosaurs Alive! More than 40 life-sized animatronic dinosaurs set in a seven acre outdoor Jurassic themed environment will make up this first class interactive exhibit.

The multi-sensory dinosaur park will bring inspiration, science and technology together in a unique setting where guests will encounter handcrafted, life-like creations made to replicate nearly every feature of dinosaurs, right down to their skin-like exteriors. The Dinosaurs Alive! journey will include a gigantic Ruyangosauraus towering at 42 feet (12.8M) tall, and a vicious Tyrannosaurus Rex at over 60 feet (18.3M) in length.

Our Dinosaurs Alive! website offers a wealth of information on the dinosaurs featured in the exhibit, including where they came from, how to pronounce their name, and even what their names means!

And they put a couple pics up on Facebook. I like the T-rex next to the Wonderland sign, that's pretty funny (and if you look in the background you'll get a little gimpse at Leviathan!). I just had to call up my parents and tell them to look for it as they passed Wonderland.

Sorry if I'm blind, but I don't see anything mentioning the action theater or a 3d movie or anything...
Does anyone have any confirmation that we are indeed getting a movie for the Action Theater like King's Island?

Ya same case here....maybe if the attraction stays for 2013 we could see a film of some sort.

Wait the attraction is only permanent? (sorry Im a bit confused, because usually when they build an attraction like this it stays at the park for at least more than one year)

I think this attraction is great, because Canadas Wonderland is not only doing something great for the thrill seekers, but is also building a great attraction for the whole family to enjoy!!

Now all we need is a Jurassic Themed Strata coaster to be built there :lol:

On a side note I think that its awesome that we are getting a Giga coaster and Dinos Alive in the same year. Thats some mad investng for one park!!!

Sorry if the following is bordering on off topic and better suited for the Action Theater thread.

I pretty much figured Dinos Alive would be around longer than just one season, but I also figured with its arrival would come the Dino movie for the Action Theater. Especially since they said they were exploring different options for the theater next year. I really think Sponge Bob 3D has ran its course.

Now having said that, I am extremely happy with the amount of investment into the park for 2012. It seems to me like wonderland will have something new for everyone to enjoy next year.
Dinos alive looks like something I would of really enjoyed as a kid, in fact I'll still probably think its cool as an adult, but I can't really see myself spending the extra 5 bucks more than once or twice, unless of course they still plan to add a movie to the action theater that's included with that 5 bucks and for some reason it just hasn't been included in the announcement.

I can see people moaning and groaning if they charge extra for the action theater next year though...

^I couldn't find it on the Dinosaurs Alive! website since they re-opened it. However, when the website was first discovered, there was some stuff on there about a new film if I am not mistaken.
